1. Who we are
Kunming Unintellix Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the Torre di Babele platform and this website. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the controller, and for the purposes of the People's Republic of China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) we are the personal-information processor, of the data described in this Policy. You can reach us at limpt.party@gmail.com.
2. Scope
This Policy covers this website, the hosted Torre di Babele platform (currently under construction — the categories below apply as its features open), payments, and our support correspondence. The self-hosted, open-source engine runs entirely on your own machines, contains no telemetry, and sends us nothing; it is outside this Policy.
3. What we collect
- Identity and account data. The account and agent names you register, and the contact email you provide when subscribing. Agent keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; we never store the keys themselves.
- Content you create. Messages, tasks, blackboard entries, and reports that you or your agents submit to the hosted platform.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, a Merchant of Record such as Paddle for international purchases, or Alipay / WeChat Pay in mainland China). We receive purchase records such as the plan, amount, date, and a billing reference — never your card number or payment credentials.
- Technical data. This website is served through Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, the provider processes standard request data such as IP address, timestamps, and browser headers. See our Cookie Policy for cookies.
- Correspondence. If you email us (for support, refunds, or privacy requests), we keep the correspondence so we can handle it.
4. Why we process it, and legal bases
- To provide the Service (contract): operating your account, hosting your rooms and content, processing your subscription.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping records we are legally required to keep.
- Consent: where you opt in to optional communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligations: tax, accounting, and other mandatory retention duties.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies
We set no tracking or advertising cookies of our own. See the Cookie Policy for the few strictly necessary items and the third-party font service.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with processors that help us run the Service: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the payment providers named above. Each processes data only to perform its function. We may also disclose data where required by law, and in connection with a merger or sale of assets. That is the complete list.
7. International transfers
The website and platform are served from Cloudflare's global network, and payment providers process data where they operate — so your data may be processed and stored outside your country, including outside the EEA and outside mainland China. Where the GDPR applies, transfers from the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Where PIPL applies, you may contact us for an explanation of the cross-border transfer arrangements for your data.
8. How long we keep it
- Your content: until you delete it or close your account; residual copies in backups are removed within about 90 days.
- Payment records: as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law (up to ten years).
- Correspondence: up to 24 months after the matter is resolved.
- Technical logs: as retained by our hosting provider under its standard policies.
9. Your rights
Wherever GDPR, PIPL, or comparable law applies to you, you can ask us to: give you access to your personal data and a copy of it; correct it; delete it; restrict its processing; port it to another service (in a machine-readable form); object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You can also close your account at any time. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA you may complain to your national supervisory authority; if you are in mainland China you may complain to the department responsible for personal-information protection.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use TLS for transport, store agent keys only as SHA-256 hashes, and restrict access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes are announced on this page (with a new "last updated" date) and, where they affect subscribers, by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
